The Young and The Restless is a group of 20- & 30-somethings that meet for fun and fellowship. Childcare for gatherings is available with notice.

Prayer and Service for the Spread of Christ's Kingdom

The Daughters of the King will host a Quiet Day on Saturday, September 20, 2008, 8am -2pm.  See the Christian Formation page fore more information.  Our next meeting will be the second Wednesday in September, the 10th at 5:30 p.m. in the Annex East. We will discuss details of our Quiet Day to be held September 20th. We will begin our study of the book by Bishop Frey, "Dance of Hope."

The next House of Luke gathering will be on Sunday, Oct. 12th, at Joe and Pat Bergmann’s new home. In addition to enjoying good food and fellowship, Father David will do a house blessing. Co-hosts are needed for this party. If you can volunteer, please let the Bergmanns or Jeri Tribo know, or sign-up on the bulletin board.

House of Luke is a fellowship group of mostly "empty nesters" who gather throughout the year for food, fellowship and fun, usually in the home of a parishioner, and all adults of St. Helena's are invited. For more information, contact Jeri Tribo at (830)755-2411.

St. Helena's Angels for Elders is a ministry that provides rides for seniors to and from medical and dental appointments, grocery shopping and/or pharmacy pick-up, and to St. Helena's church for services and programs. If anyone needs a ride or can help provide transportation, contact David Powell at (830)755-4262 or Gene Smith at (210)698-1396.
